Frequently asked questions…

Questions I am frequently asked are:

Q – How much experience do you have?

A – Over 25 years.

Q – What areas do you cover?

A – I will go anywhere that a client may ask me to, however I normally work around London and Essex.

Q – Do you charge traveling costs?

A – Only if the distance is over 60 miles from my studio or if a client asks me to go abroad.

Q – Are there any hidden costs?

A – No, not with Keith Gold photogrpahy.

Q – How long do you stay for?

A – That is shown in my price lists but I will always make sure that I have taken enough images so as to give my client all of the images required.

Q – What equipment do you use?

A – All of the latest digital equipment and a Mac editing suite.

Q – How many photo’s will you take?

A – This is shown on the price list, it depend on which package you select.

Q – What is the best booking procedure?

A – To meet with me so we can discuss your requirements and once you are happy it is a deposit/booking fee of £300.00 with the balance due one week prior to the function.

Q – Can I pay a deposit by credit/debit card?

A – Ofcourse you can and the balance as well.

Q – What happens if you are ill / cant make it?

A – I have another photographer that I can call on to help me out if required (which is unlikely).

Q – Do you take coloured photo’s and black & white photo’s? Would this be included in the price?

A – I don’t take photos in black and white as all of the images are digital, but you can have any photo as black and white and at no extra cost.

Q – Do you sell the original images to your clients?

A – There’s no need, as I supply all clients with a high resolution disc.
